OUR STORY
Pent Developments was founded in 2016 to bring together leading experts in offsite construction, design, planning, structural engineering and sustainability within a single cohesive team. The company set out to unlock the full value of unused assets in Central London, by building new homes on flat roofs using offsite construction methods. In the last 8 years, Pent Developments has completed 5 projects across London and received 15 industry awards and nominations, cementing its' status as a market leader in airspace innovation and development.
Pent Developments was co-founded by Michael and Cameron Shaw. Michael Shaw is the founder and lead designer of projects ranging from super yacht hotel developments, award-winning self-sufficient luxury residential units and prefabricated solutions for disaster relief. He has also provided full architectural design and project management services for high-end residential projects in London for decades. Cameron Shaw is a multiple award-winning entrepreneur and property development professional, with a record of leading his companies to success across international markets. His experience includes completing an IPO for one of his companies on NASDAQ , as well as effectively merging and selling other business ventures, ensuring strong investor returns throughout his career.
