THE BUILD PROCESS
1. Site Analysis
Before initiating any project, our team conducts a thorough site analysis, factoring in logistical challenges, safety considerations, local planning guidelines as well as potential values. This stage provides a project feasibility assessment and a framework for how to maximise usable space and values.
2. Concept Design & Planning
Our award-winning design team embarks on crafting innovative concepts and 3D models, closely collaborating with planning consultants to ensure our designs maximise sales values whilst having a high chance of successful planning approval.
3. Detailed Design Development
With planning permission in hand, our architects transform initial concepts into comprehensive, detailed designs. This stage includes the structural design of our units as well as focussing on maximising values through incorporating functional and highly desirable interior design elements.
4. Site Preparation
Our sister company, acting as principal contractor, undertakes essential groundwork, preparing the site for the integration of prefabricated elements. This relationship ensures synergy for the project and certainty for residents and owners that the site will be overseen with the highest levels of professionalism.
5. Offsite Construction
Our units are constructed offsite in factory controlled conditions. Depending on the logistics of the site, we build using full or part modular volumetric, or panel sections using light gauge steel. Units are pre-wired and plumbed, often with entire bathrooms, kitchens and glazing installed.
6. Delivery + Finishing Works
The units are sub-divided into separate road-transportable modules, which are delivered and craned onto the roof, often in a single day. Once located on site, the units usually only require minimal touch-up decoration and finishing works, before they are ready for occupation.
