Concept Design

Our award-winning design team begins by creating massing models, using insights from site evaluations, to maximise potential internal and external spaces. The aim is to achieve the greatest usable space and therefore values from the site. We then  collaborate with planning consultants to turn these models into planning applications,  ensuring each design strikes a balance between achieving a high likelihood of approval and and the overall appeal of the consented design. We place an emphasis on incorporating unique design features, to create distinctive developments that stand out in the market. We do not accept boring designs or projects at Pent. We strive for excellence.

Detailed Design

Following planning approval, we transition to the detailed design phase, where we focus on optimising the approved space. Our design team aims to achieve the balance between aesthetic appeal and functional design. Our engineers design the offsite units to ensure that our detailed designs are both practical and executable. We incorporate advanced building technologies and sustainable practices to elevate the project's value and performance. This process enables us to deliver rooftop developments that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional, meeting all regulatory standards whilst transforming urban spaces into valuable assets.

Interior Design

In the interior design phase, we focus on creating bespoke, unique living spaces that reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship. Our team specifies custom cabinetry and wardrobes, tailored to each apartment's unique layout and aesthetic, using advanced CNC machines. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the final finishes, is carefully considered to create a distinctive, personalized living experience. By combining innovative design with exceptional craftsmanship, we deliver interiors that are both beautiful and practical.
